WASHINGTON COUNTY, Va. - Virginia State Police have released the names of the three people killed in a crash on Interstate 81 in Washington County, Virginia Tuesday evening. Egyptian citizen Hamdy Al-Anany was deported from Ethiopia, an incident that prompted the Egyptian Foreign Ministry to express “deep regrets,” and demand explanation in a statement on Sunday.
